Seer, a new Apex Legends character inspired by moths and combining art and micro-drones, will enter the game with Season 10's debut. Apex Legends Introduces New Legend Seer With A Moth Theme.

Seer, the new Apex Legends character, was introduced in his own Stories from the Outlands video. Seer, whose true name is Obi, was reportedly cursed before his birth owing to a terrible omen.

After a relatively quiet period for new Apex Legends content, the previous few weeks have been jam-packed with events, including the current Thrillseekers Arenas event. Teasers for Season 10 are now surfacing in matches, including clues about Seer and map changes, and players should anticipate more before Season 10 opens on August 3.

Almost no official is known about Seer's powers or how he will play in-game at the time. He possesses microdrones and utilizes his "artist's eye" to see chances that "other Legends would overlook, and seizes them in the most beautiful way he can," according to the little information available on him. The trailer for “Metamorphosis” reveals a lot more about the new Legend's background, and it appears that his father gave him the moth-like microdrones while his mother gave him the creative flair.

The teaser also depicts Seer's mother, who has a moth marking, giving birth as an asteroid hits the moon. Soon later, the newborn Seer is cursed and is discovered to have glowing eyes and a glance that may undo people. A three-part lore series has been posted on the Apex Legends social media channels over the last several days, telling the narrative of a blind princess who makes a blood oath to a cursed moth that is drawn to anything that brings it grief. In the series, the princess accepts the moth's assistance on the condition that it be reincarnated as her first child in order to be rid of the curse, plainly implying that Seer is linked to this blind princess.

Season 10, titled Emergence, will include an upgraded version of World's Edge, the new Rampage LMG weapon created by Rampart, and the introduction of Ranked Arenas. While there are presently no specifics on the modifications to World's Edge, they are characterized as "significant" and will most likely be demonstrated at EA Play 2021 on July 22. Leaks from April of this year also suggested that a new light ammunition LMG will be available in a future season; however, the Rampage is characterized as having a "surprising source of firepower," which might imply that it would be a new supply drop weapon.

In comparison to the lengthy video for Valkyrie from before Season 9, Seer's reveal trailer and earlier teases have been especially mysterious. Apart from the fact that it incorporates microdrones, nothing is known about Seer's kit, and gamers are unlikely to learn more about him until EA Play 2021. In any case, Apex Legends gamers should check in to EA Play 2021 on July 22 to discover more about the larger improvements coming with Season 10 of the game.
