Several upcoming Nintendo Switch games have been leaked and posted by a Nintendo leaker, however, none of it has been confirmed or proven in any way. Markomaro, a well-known Nintendo leaker, came to Twitter today to offer an information dump on franchises such as Zelda, Metroid, Bayonetta, Pikmin, Kirby, Fire Emblem, and Donkey Kong. Nintendo Leaker Teases 3D Legend of Zelda Remakes and a 2D Donkey Kong Game.

According to a recent Nintendo leaker teases, Nintendo has a variety of exciting projects in development, including plenty of new Legend of Zelda remakes and a 2D Donkey Kong title. So far, fans are enjoying the freshly released Switch remakes of Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword, which arrived late last week with enhanced HD visuals and numerous other quality-of-life enhancements.

In the case of Nintendo's great, banana-loving ape, Donkey Kong, things have been pretty quiet in recent years. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Deep Freeze for the Wii U was the last big-budget console platformer to include Donkey Kong, while Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars was the last DK game, in general, a year later. Since then, fans have been anticipating significant news in the wake of Donkey Kong's 40th anniversary this year, which Nintendo is said to be commemorating with many huge projects. Fans may have just seen one of them for the first time right now.

According to Comicbook.com, an alleged informant with the Twitter handle MarkoMarko has recently disclosed a plethora of intriguing Nintendo leaks, including reports that Switch remakes of 3D Legend Of Zelda games like The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess are finished and ready to be released at any time. Not only that, but remakes of the legendary Game Boy Color spin-offs Oracles Of Ages and Oracles Of Seasons are in the works as well, with a release date set for “sometime between 2022 and 2023.” The Legend of Zelda isn't the only franchise mentioned in this leak; markomaro also mentions a brand-new 2D Donkey Kong platformer that was earlier teased for a release this holiday season but has now been postponed until next year.

Markomaro's writings covered a wide range of Nintendo products, including long-awaited sequels like Bayonetta 3, Splatoon 3, and Pikmin 4. Intelligent Systems, the creator of Fire Emblem, is reported to be working on a remake of Paper Mario that will be released in the next two years, and Metroid Prime 4 is said to be at least "65 percent complete." There were also mentions of new Kirby, Pokémon, and Rhythm Paradise/Heaven games.

After all fact, Everything here, of course, should be taken with a grain of salt. All of this might be real, but it could also be nonsense or anything in between. It's also essential to realize that even if all of this is correct, or even most of it is, it's susceptible to change. That said, Donkey Kong is overdue for a new 2D platforming adventure, while Legend Of Zelda fans is always eager about the chance to revisit some of their favorite episodes in HD. Nintendo fans will have a lot to look forward to in the next years if the reports are accurate.
