There are many reason behind Twitch has banned streamer Adin Ross.

Adin Ross is a popular Twitch streamer. He has been banned for the fourth time after a video was posted on Twitter where he was livestreaming and driving.

Twitch isn't renowned for being the most fair when it comes to policing its many community guidelines, and many streamers have been given weird explanations for being banned on Twitch. Unfortunately, it appears that the ban placed on creator Adin Ross may have merit.

Adin Ross is a Twitch IRL streamer, and a recent livestream showing the creator driving while streaming appears to be the reason for the ban. On July 7, the streamer went live on Twitch while driving in his car, plainly checking his phone many times to follow up on chat messages. Ross's latest suspension is his fourth on the site, since he was previously banned for nudity and homophobic statements.

Ross rushed to Twitter shortly after the video concluded to inform his supporters of his Twitch suspension. The streamer believes it will be a long-term ban. Ross claims he was "at a red light during my IRL stream and I read chat off of my phone" to justify himself. While Ross admits that he was incorrect, the ban is most likely due to criminal acts being in violation of Twitch's community guidelines. Texting or otherwise using a phone while driving a car is illegal in most parts of the United States.

Ross responded on Twitter shortly after the video ended to tell his followers of his suspension from Twitch. The streamer believes the ban will be in place for a long time. To excuse himself, Ross claims he was "at a red light during my IRL stream and I read chat off of my phone." While Ross admits he was mistaken, the ban is most likely the result of criminal conduct that violate Twitch's community guidelines. In most places of the United States, texting or otherwise using a phone while driving is prohibited.

Ross eventually apologized on Instagram Live, but he said that he was stopped at a red light when he checked his phone. Not only does Jake'n'Bake's video demonstrate that this was not the case, but many other videos show Ross driving while holding his phone. While many individuals believe Twitch should better justify its bans for various producers, many people will see Ross's punishment as justified. Texting and driving is extremely dangerous, and it has resulted in the deaths of people.

It can be difficult to mainstream conduct like texting and driving, or even driving while looking on a phone screen, when content creators like Ross have impressionable audiences. Some of Ross's viewers may disagree, as several have already expressed their desire for the streamer to be unbanned. While some Twitch suspensions are unexplained, such as the reason Dr. Disrespect was banned from Twitch over a year ago, the cause for this ban appears to be fairly evident. Ross, on the other hand, has stated that he intends to challenge the ban.
