"The amazing sense of moving around easily in the big field was the first thing that impressed me when I initially started playing."

Its report also highlights the way Pokémon could be found freely roaming throughout every territory, as well as the excitement of not knowing which species would be seen each time, they visited a new one.

The ability to ride Pokémon was also praised, with Famitsu's reporter stating it made traveling the wide world more interesting, especially when utilizing a flying-type Pokémon.

The ability to ride Pokémon was also praised, with Famitsu's reporter stating it made traveling the wide world more interesting, especially when utilizing a flying-type Pokémon.

"It feels fantastic just to be able to fly freely in the sky, but it's also fun to seek for Pokémon that look small below you," it added.

It also revealed a boss battle with an angered Kleavor, who attacked the player while they tried to calm it down by hitting it with food. According to the report, this battle was surprisingly difficult for a Pokémon game, but not impossible to win.

According to Game Watch, "The ability to ride Pokémon "clearly matches the world view, making you feel more like you're traveling in the Pokémon world, which I personally considered to be a wonderful feature,"

"This system, which skillfully blends the action of this title with classic Pokémon battles, is very achieved," it added. "I especially love the idea that Pokémon battles are 'a means to a different end,' which suits the game's worldview."

"Moreover, because you are directly attacked by Pokémon in this game, you will feel a lot of suspense when you find a challenging Pokémon."

"The building of the world was particularly outstanding in this encounter," it concluded. I was pleased with how well the same old Pokémon battles were incorporated into the new and novel action. "It's a game unlike any other in the franchise, and I'm excited about it as an entirely new type of Pokémon game."

4Gamer, on the other hand, was taken aback by how unique each wild Pokémon was.

"The Pokémon that appear in the game appear to change depending on the time of day," it claimed. "At night, we spotted Drifloon and other Pokémon."

"One thing that struck me was how aggressive Drifloon was, attacking as soon as it saw us." They would charge the main character without mercy even if we weren't in the middle of a Pokémon battle.

You get the impression that things were like this before Pokémon and humans got along." "There are many new features in this game, such as the large universe and action," it said. "However, the game is not difficult to play, and I was impressed by the fact that the best parts of Pokémon, such as completing the Pokédex and enjoying battles, are still present." "I also thought the game showed a Pokémon-populated environment more realistically, because you may throw a Pokéball and immediately begin a battle, or you can discover ways to collect Pokémon without fighting." "If you've played Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and explored the Sinnoh area, you'll appreciate this first journey into the past," it concludes. I can't wait for it to come out." Pokémon Legends: Arceus features one of the most unusual settings in the series' history, combining action and exploration with Pokémon's RPG roots.
