During 'ping-pong' discussions about supplying Ukraine with planes and tanks, Zelenskyy asks Western countries whether they are afraid of Moscow

Following "ping-pong" talks oversupplying weaponry to Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked Western nations whether they were afraid of Russia on Saturday.

Last week, US President Joe Biden flew to Poland to discuss international support for Ukraine with world leaders. According to Zelenskyy, Biden met with Ukrainian officials on Saturday to propose help through weapon supplies.

"So, who is in charge of the Euro-Atlantic region? Is Moscow still there as a result of intimidation?" In a late-night speech, Zelenskyy added.

He thanked the Ukrainian military for defending Mariupol, the embattled city, and asked Western partners considering supplying Ukraine with planes and tanks to have "a percentage of their courage."

In his speech, Zelenskyy added that "ping-pong" talks about which country should supply Ukraine with fighter jets and other weapons were still going on.

"With shotguns and machine guns, Ukraine cannot take down Russian missiles," Zelenskyy claimed, adding that the country has plenty of supply.

According to Zelenskyy, the US and the EU are aware that releasing Mariupol, in southern Ukraine, without a significant number of tanks and aircraft is "impossible."

"Without a sufficient number of tanks, other armored vehicles, and, of course, airplanes, unblocking Mariupol is unthinkable." That is something that all Ukrainian defenders are aware of. That is something that all Mariupol defenders are aware of. Thousands of individuals are aware of this, including residents and civilians who are dying as a consequence of the blockade.

"This should be recognized by as many people in the world as possible as soon as possible so that everyone realizes who was simply scared to prevent this disaster. Afraid of making a simple decision, "According to Zelenskyy.

During Biden's visit to Warsaw on Saturday, six rockets hit the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, which is only 45 miles from Poland.

At the close of his speech from the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Biden said of Putin, "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power."

The White House has already withdrawn Biden's statements, claiming that he was not calling for regime change in Russia.
