The Genshin Impact Chart reveals a significant difference in Ayato and Raiden sales

The stark revenue disparity between Kamisato Ayato and Raiden Shogun during their most recent double banner appearance is displayed on a Genshin Impact chart.

The sales variance between the characters Ayato and Raiden Shogun was recently revealed by a Genshin Impact chart. The previous Limited Character Banner, which debuted with update 3.3, featured both characters. Many players had saved their in-game money, known as Primogems, specifically to pull for Raiden Shogun because they had been eagerly awaiting her return. Ayato, on the other hand, did not experience the same level of interest and excitement in his rerun.

One of the most eagerly awaited characters in the game, a Harbinger by the name of Wanderer, was introduced in the first banner of the Genshin Impact update 3.3. It appears that many players were more focused on obtaining Raiden Shogun, though.

Ayato and Raiden Shogun have a significant revenue gap, as demonstrated by an interesting chart shared by Reddit user TimocaSamJa. Given that this is Raiden Shogun's third banner appearance, the chart indicates that she was in charge of over 81% of the total sales. According to recent revenue reports, this double banner even managed to surpass Nahida and Yoimiya and break Genshin Impact's all-time revenue record. The Electro Archon that guards Inazuma has appeared on three of the game's top five banners.

Raiden Shogun has consistently been regarded as one of the strongest Genshin Impact characters on the entire roster since her debut in update 2.1. No other character in the game comes close to matching her ability to adapt to almost any team composition. She can also play a variety of roles within a team composition, from being the primary DPS to acting as a battery support.

According to recent information from the Spiral Abyss, the "Raiden National" party composition performs especially well on the game's most difficult domain's 12th floor. She is also very friendly to free-to-play, so players don't have to spend a lot of resources on her constellations or weapon.

Although Raiden's signature weapon is the Engulfing Lightning, the Electro Archon can also succeed when armed with The Catch, a different polearm that is available for free. The second character mentioned, Kamisato Ayato, is a user of the Hydro-element who can perform the duties of a sub-DPS and has also had success in sales.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
