Miles Morales fan draws attention to an easily overlooked detail about Uncle Aaron in Spider-Man

Uncle Aaron is a villain in Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, but as this fan points out, he also cares deeply about his family.

Uncle Aaron appears in an easily missed scene in Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, as a fan has now pointed out. Uncle Aaron is a complicated character with a shady past, and Miles' mother Rio is aware of this, which is why he's off to the side and out of sight. Uncle Aaron, in addition to having a strained relationship with his sister, lives a double life as The Prowler and juggles his villainy, sometimes at odds with his nephew Miles, who he suspects is Spider-Man.

The Prowler is a less advanced Iron Man with a Black Cat penchant for breaking into places and stealing advanced technology. Aaron Davis had been stealing since he was a child, and his brother Jefferson had warned him to stop. While Aaron promised, his thievery increased, and he created a suit out of parts he either created or stole. His suit, combined with his natural athleticism and intelligence, makes him a wary foe skilled in sabotage and subterfuge. He appears in several scenes throughout Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, from sneaking into Roxxon's labs to getting the subways running.

Although he had bought the game in January 2021, Reddit user bananaman-thaaf wrote that he hadn't realized Uncle Aaron could be found and interacted with until now in the area prior to Rio's speech criticizing Roxxon and their experimental fuel Nuform. Miles can converse with Gloria, a young woman who is painting a mural, on the path leading up to the stage. Just before the stage, on the left, next to a volunteer booth, Uncle Aaron can be seen leaning against a transformer. Assuring Miles that he will leave before Rio sees him, he can be interacted with. However, it appears that not every Spider-Man: Miles Morales fan discovered him.

The post asked how long it took others to notice the unassuming Uncle Aaron, and the responses were mixed. While many Reddit users were shocked that anyone could have completed the game without seeing it, nearly half of the responses shared bananaman-story. thaaf's This happened shortly after Uncle Aaron discovered Miles was Spider-Man and complimented his suit. Some players said it was difficult to miss him. However, some users claimed that they didn't notice him until their fourth playthrough. Of course, The Prowler is stealthy and adept at flying under the radar, but perhaps a little too well.

Due to his own criminal activity—the same reason his brother wanted Uncle Aaron out of his life—Miles and Uncle Aaron have a complicated relationship. But the story's central character, The Prowler, may be able to save him. Rio, Miles, and his neighborhood are all things that Uncle Aaron genuinely cares about. He was aware of Spider-identity, Man's but he chose not to harm him or turn against him. Instead, he started to adopt more of Miles' style of vigilantism. Uncle Aaron will always watch out for his brother's family, even though it's difficult to predict whether he'll stick with this new direction or veer back toward theft.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is available for PS5, PS4, and PC.
