For a limited time, Rocket League will include James Bond's famous Aston Martin DB5, along with distinctive engine noises, wheels, and more. With the upcoming release of James Bond's next film, Rocket League will have a new crossover with the introduction of 007's 1963 Aston Martin DB5. This month sees the arrival of James Bond's Aston Martin in the Rocket League.

Fans of the James Bond series and Rocket League will be in for a treat when No Time To Die hits cinemas on September 30. The famous Aston Martin DB5, as well as other significant items inspired by 007's filmography, will be available in the Item Shop, according to an announcement on the game's official website.

The decision to link James Bond to Rocket League was likely a straightforward one for all parties involved since his supercar is a great match for the game's furious, vehicle-flipping pace. The Aston Martin DB5 was first featured in the third Bond film, Goldfinger, and is now being brought to life on the pitch by Rocket League creator Psyonix.

The brief reveals trailer, which was released on Twitter & Youtube to much applause from both game and film fans, depicts 007's iconic vehicle racing through the rooftops of Italy. It then glides across a tiny bridge before launching the combat ball into the air with its infamous jet-boosters. The announcement comes to a close with a splash screen that reads, "James Bond Will Return," a slogan that goes back to From Russia with Love.

In a new trailer, 007's 1963 Aston Martin DB5 flaunts its rocket boost and Octane hitbox mods in a cinematic style befitting of Bond. Beginning July 29, players may purchase the vehicle for 1,100 Credits. But hurry, because the Aston Martin DB5 will only be available for a limited time, according to Rocket League.

After the unveiling, gamers will be able to purchase the Aston Martin DB5 from July 29 to August 4 in the Item Shop. It will be available for purchase there for a hefty 1,100 Credits. After purchasing the supercar, the following things will be added to the player's inventory: Signature Silver Birch Paint Finish, Engine Audio, DB5 Wheels, and a Reel Life Decal. Furthermore, the famous automobile is slated to be the first of many James Bond-themed material destined to reach the Rocket League in the future, with Psyonix announcing a "multi-year cooperation" between MGM and Aston Martin.

Bond's Aston Martin initially appeared in the 1964 film Goldfinger, with a slew of gadgets, before reappearing a year later in Thunderball. In 1995's GoldenEye, the automobile was stripped of its devices before reappearing two years later in Tomorrow Never Dies, 1999's The World Is Not Enough, and 2006's Casino Royale, when it was owned by the film's villain. The Aston Martin made its most recent appearance in 2015's Spectre, when it was repaired after being damaged in the previous film, Skyfall.

Bond's ride isn't the first one to make the transition from the big screen to Rocket League, as three Fast & Furious automobiles made their debut on the Soccer pitch in June. That update featured Dominic Toretto's 1970 Dodge Charger G/T and Brian O'Conner's 1999 Nissan Skyline from 2 Fast 2 Furious, as well as the rocket-powered Pontiac from F9.

Despite being more than six years old, Rocket League is still one of the most popular multiplayer games accessible, with the title acquiring a well-deserved favorable reputation in the community, even becoming popular enough to form agreements with big blockbuster blockbusters. This is despite the fact that it was just a few years ago a little game creating some buzz on the PlayStation Network. Not bad for a title that was first made available for free to PS Plus users in order to generate popularity.

To summarize, its success is owed in part to Psyonix's commitment to creating new content for Rocket League based on user demands. Whatever the demand, Psyonix has proved that it will go above and beyond to keep gamers satisfied throughout the Rocket League's life. The Aston Martin DB5 is just another example of that concept in action.

Rocket League is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
