Sony has recently revealed State of Play presentation based on Gran Turismo 7 will be presented this week.
The presentation will be shown on Wednesday, February 2nd, at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm GMT.
According to Sony, the presentation would be fully focused on Gran Turismo 7, with no other titles featured. The presentation will last a little more than 30 minutes and will feature "new PS5 footage and gameplay features."
Gran Turismo 7 was supposed to launch last year, but it was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Polyphony Digital's racer will now be launched on March 4, 2022, for PS5 and PS4.
A Gran Turismo 7 gameplay clip posted in December included the return of the Deep Forest Raceway circuit, which is one of over 90 courses rumored to be included in the game.
Sony just published a Gran Turismo 7 gameplay video detailing the return of the Daytona International Speedway, which previously appeared in Gran Turismo 5 and 6.
A lap of the Daytona track from the cockpit view is seen in the PS5 gameplay video. The same lap is then shown in replay mode, where the frame rate lowers from 60 to 30 frames per second while the level of detail improves.
Sony has revealed pre-order items for Gran Turismo 7 as well as the game's 25th Anniversary Edition, which costs $90 / £90. Players who pre-order the PS4 and PS5 game at participating retailers before its March 4, 2022 release date will receive a variety of additional in-game gifts.
A Toyota GR Yaris with a country-specific livery is included in the 25th Anniversary Edition.
The campaign mode, livery editor, Scapes photo mode, GT Café, and GT Auto in Gran Turismo 7 will all require players to be connected to the PlayStation Network.
