Mariupol's Evacuation Route has been mined, Russia and Belarus are connected through corridors.

According to the French channel BFMTV, French President Emmanuel Macron reacted by declaring he did not want pathways to Russia.

"After his conversation with Vladimir Putin, the President of the Republic neither desired nor got passages to Russia," the Elysee Presidential Palace said BFMTV.

"The president of the republic insists on allowing civilians to leave the nation and on enabling aid to be transported," they stated.

There is no independent confirmation that the evacuation has started.

This is the second large-scale road opening for the evacuation of civilians after the initial attempt on Saturday was blocked by Russian military fire.
