Jennifer Lopez paid $8.2 million for her Hidden Hills, California estate in 2012. The 17,000-square-foot mansion featured a professional recording studio, nine bedrooms, and a two-story entertainment wing! Nonetheless, she had passed a difficult time on selling. 

JLo's property was on the market for two years after no one bid at the original asking price of $17.5 million in 2015. She finally found a buyer who paid $10 million for the property.
