The next Hideout expansion for Escape From Tarkov will include a gym where players can fortify their PMCs

A gym where players can strengthen their PMCs is being included in the upcoming Hideout expansion for Escape From Tarkov. Players will be able to maintain and improve their physical skills as PMCs without having to participate in live raids.

A gym and new hideout areas are being added to Escape From Tarkov. This feature will be added to the already existing Hideout, where players can do various physical activities and strengthen their characters without having to participate in a live raid. According to Nikita, Battlestate Games' COO, the upcoming Gym component will be a Hideout addition that will be introduced in future patches.

Even though the ability seems too good to be true, it should have a diminishing return mechanic to stop players from abusing it. Battlestate Games already has the algorithm to counteract the in-game skill boost because of the way it does so. It will become less effective the more you do it. Years ago, players could simply stack backpacks and rigs in their secure container and abuse them until they achieved maximum strength and endurance, as well as other skill upgrades. Disabling HDR doesnt work in the options menu. 

Instead go to my documents -> tarkov -> find the local.ini file.  

Open it with Notepad, scroll to the bottom, Find HDR and change the 1 to 0 next to it. This boosted my FPS and stopped Scope Lag.
