Cala Goloritzé is the symbol of Sardinia's Gulf of Orosei, an unspoiled, wild corner of the island. It is without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, and it has been a UNESCO Natural Monument since 1995. This tiny cove was formed by a landslide in 1962 and is famous for its unique features, such as the 143-meter-high rocky pinnacle (Aguglia) where you can try your hand at free climbing, or the stone arch that visitors enjoy climbing (and to dive from).
