The 2,756 square foot mansion in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, California, owned by Jason Biggs of the American Pie fame, had some difficulty finding a buyer. Biggs' property, which is located directly above the Sunset Strip, has been on and off the market for a full year without finding any interested buyers.

He was finally able to sell in 2015 for $2.565 million.
