The Miami Beach bungalow owned by fashion designer Calvin Klein was in high demand by the time it come to market. The 5,800 square foot mansion with 133 feet of open space bay views owned by Klein was expected to sell without a hitch, but it didn't.

The designer searched for a buyer for two years before selling in 2017 for $13.2 million.
