Sony has finally announced the PS Plus free game selection for January 2022, where subscribers will be able to download on January 4th.
There's no doubt that many people are eager to see what PS Plus free games will be available in January 2022. After all, some may believe that this pick will impact and/or set the tone for the service throughout the year. However, given how PS Plus's patterns are routinely changed, this is quite unlikely, even buy or sell.

On the other hand, hasn't changed in the last few months, the leaks. The PS Plus free games have been leaked online over the past 6-7 months in advance of their official release. These have shown to be quite reliable each and every time. As a result, the same source previously leaked the PS Plus free games for January 2022, and while they should have been taken with a grain of salt until now, they have now been officially confirmed.
Sony confirmed today that the three free PS Plus titles for next month are Deep Rock Galactic (PS4/PS5), Persona 5 Strikers (PS4), and Dirt 5 (PS4/PS5), as previously leaked. The first is a four-player class-based co-op shooter in which players battle alien hordes in procedurally generated caves. Persona 5 Strikers is a semi-sequel to the original game, although it employs a unique blend of tactical and Musou game combat. Finally, Dirt 5 is a racing-made game that was released prior to Codemasters' purchase.

The judgment on how these games will be accepted is yet out, but there is some variety here: co-op shooter, Musou JRPG, and racing. Variety is the safest bet with PS Plus every month, as it more than likely means there's something for everyone. And, for those who are interested, these games will be accessible on January 4, 2022.
Subscribers still have time to take advantage of the current collection of free games if they haven't already. Godfall: Challenger Edition (PS4/PS5), LEGO DC Super-Villains (PS4), and Mortal Shell (PS4) are among the PS Plus free titles for December 2021. (PS4). The first game sparked considerable criticism at the end of the year because it isn't the whole game and it began selling a story upgrade immediately after its debut.
Meanwhile, LEGO games are frequently solid and fun platformers for aficionados of LEGOs or their subjects, and Mortal Shell is a nice soul-like snack before Elden Ring's February release. In any case, it'll be intriguing to see what the new year has in store for PS Plus.
Once a month, PS Plus subscribers receive a selection of free games.
