Death Stranding Director's Cut is rumored to be coming to PC.

The version is reported to have been uncovered early by a alleged Intel Partnership.

According to an announcement that was reportedly obtained before its scheduled publication, Death Stranding Director's Cut would be released for PC. Videocardz.com claims to have obtained a copy of Intel's Arc GPU press release, which is set to be released at CES 2022.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut on PC is specifically mentioned in the supposed press release, which is believed to be preparing exclusive integration with Intel equipment.

"We're happy to announce our cooperation with Intel for the Death Stranding Director's Cut edition for PC," publisher 505's president, Neil Rally, is quoted as saying. "Death Stranding has been a great hit with PC gamers, and we're looking forward to seeing how Intel's new XeSS technology can improve the Director's Cut player experience."

In September, the PlayStation 5 version of Death Stranding Director's Cut was published, including improved visuals, new missions, and various new features not included in the PS4 original.

New combat mechanics are among them, aiming to make battling adversaries more enjoyable. Melee attacks have been improved, a new Maser gun may be obtained, and mounted machine guns can now be found.

The cargo catapult can launch freight over large distances, and developed stabilisers with thrusters decrease the impact of landing when jumping from a height.

For $10 / €10 / £5, PS4 players in the US and Europe can upgrade to the PS5 Death Stranding Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition, with save games transferable between the two versions.

Hideo Kojima previewed his 2022 ambitions earlier this week, saying that they include a "radical" new project as well as video and radio experiments.
