"Many were unable to renew their subscriptions, and when the time came to renew, it was automatically refused, and people were unsubscribed," she explained to Euronews.
Mukydza is one of several OnlyFans creators in Russia and Belarus who had their accounts blocked following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. She, like many others, uses the site to create and sell adult content, which she claims accounts for up to 40% of her earnings.
Her account was restored a few days later. However, it came at a cost: Mukydza thinks she lost a fourth of her subscriptions as well as €1,000 in revenue.
"The major question for me is that they don't restrict Russian users, only Russian artists," she explained.
"So, do they believe that political leaders have OnlyFans and that they can publish their dick photos and get money from it? Or is it for Russian leaders, so they can't view my nudity any longer?"
'A banned country'
OnlyFans announced in a statement that it has restored the accounts of its Russian creators. According to the platform, the stop happened as a result of sanctions imposed on the country's financial institutions, which hindered their capacity to handle foreign transactions.

"We were not canceling or suspending any creator accounts based on the location of the creator, and we are doing everything we can to help our community," the company stated.
However, after OnlyFans sent their statement to Euronews Next, another author, Sophia*, supplied pictures from the OnlyFans app claiming to show that her Russian ID was denied by the verification procedure owing to being from a "prohibited nation or state."
Sophia lost subscribers and was unable to administer her platform page because she was unable to validate her identity. She was also unable to withdraw her profits, she said since OnlyFans' terms of service allow the site to retain revenue "indefinitely."
"I had planned to escape since the beginning of last year, following the brutally crushed protests and the imprisonment of (Russian opposition leader Alexei) Navalny," she added.
"I have to withdraw $200; I recognize that it is a modest sum for some, but it is still money for me," she explained.
