Battlefield 2042 has been available for almost nine months, but DICE has only released one season of post-launch content for the game so far. Despite this, players are much happier with Battlefield 2042 now than they were during the early stages of the game's release.

A dataminer shared a list of unreleased content for Battlefield 2042 back in February 2022, which included an item called CBR-Scout. At the time, it was believed to be a weapon, but the dataminer recently learned that it is actually a codename for an unreleased armored vehicle.
