The Genshin Impact Leak Displays Ten New Fontaine Characters

Ten new characters may be added to the playable cast as members of Fontaine, a new major region that has surfaced in a new Genshin Impact leak.

The appearance of ten different characters from the upcoming major region, Fontaine, has reportedly been revealed by a new Genshin Impact leak. This will follow Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and the recently added Sumeru as the fifth major nation to enter the world of Teyvat.

The community is accustomed to Genshin Impact leaks, which build anticipation for new roster additions months before any official information is available. For instance, because she participated in the initial beta phase, one of the upcoming characters for update 3.4 named Yaoyao had her model leaked in early 2021.

Ten character models that will presumably join the playable roster in the future have been revealed in a new post on the official Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit. The only officially acknowledged characters are most likely Lynette and Lyney, who appeared in the game's official story trailer videos and are positioned first and seventh from the left. As per usual, a new Genshin Impact Archon will be introduced to the area, who will likely act as its primary protector. Her name is Focalors, and she is positioned third from the left in the post, according to reliable leakers. Fontaine's Archon is recognized as the God of Justice, according to the official plot.

She appears to be based on a character named Seele from Honkai Impact 3rd, according to a previously leaked Archon description. As many playable characters, including Raiden Shogun, Noelle, Yae Miko, and numerous others, have corresponding counterparts in the other game, this wouldn't be the first time Genshin Impact stole their character designs. HoYoverse's second most popular game also features a number of playable characters.

The new Focalors will be the new Hydro Archon because Fontaine's symbolic element is hydro. There isn't a lot of official information available about this unusual region that appears to place the highest value on technology and justice. The Fontaine model, which was part of the original beta and demonstrated how the main city of the new region could be attached to a vertical platform, has recently come to light through leaks.

It is anticipated that Fontaine will be situated north of the newly created Sumeru region, west of Liyue. Since it is known for being the Hydro Archon's home, fans anticipate it to be full of lakes and waterfalls. Additionally, it was implied in a recent artifact description that the Geo nation has another port in addition to Liyue Harbor, which might be located in the western portion of the area.
