The legendary singer Frank Sinatra had numerous homes across the country, including a five-bedroom mansion called "Villa Maggio" in California's Coachella Valley. The property had been listed several times, with the price dropping each time.

The asking price in 2007 was $4,995,000, but by 2021, it had dropped dramatically. The property was still on the market in 2021, with a price tag of $4,250,000.
