It was a significant day for Animal Crossing. Among other significant revelations made during the Nintendo Direct, the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Happy Home Paradise paid DLC was announced. The news that additional Amiibo cards are on the coming, something that many fans have been waiting for, is one of the disclosures that may have slipped past many fans.
Amiibo Cards are a unique yet distinct type of Amiibo with a large fan base. Despite the fact that the cards are not the same as the normal figure form of Amiibo, they may still be scanned and utilized in some Animal Crossing games. Amiibo Cards were once scarce, but they are now plentiful, and the Series 5 pack for Animal Crossing will be available shortly.
The latest Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards were released today on the official Animal Crossing Twitter account. On November 5, 2021, they will be ready. Villagers that have never been seen before, as well as completely new characters, are included in this series. Raymond, Rio, Zoe, Dom, and Sasha are all part of Series 5, as are Tom Nook, Raymond, Rio, Zoe, Dom, and Sasha.

Several Animal Crossing Villagers Amiibo fans have been hoping for more, as the games' connections with the cards can be very inventive. For some, collecting an Amiibo, whether it's a regular figure or a card, is about interacting with the game, while for others, it's simply about collecting the object itself. With that in mind, the Animal Crossing Series 5 Amiibo Cards are interesting in a variety of ways.
Aside from the Amiibo, there was a lot of Animal Crossing news today. The Nintendo Direct focused on new premium downloadable content as well as the final free 2.0 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Tortimer will return, as well as significant modifications to Harv's island, Kapp'n's Boat Tours, new NPCs, NookPhone Upgrades, and other enhancements. The game that is currently the Switch's second best-selling game—and one of the best-selling titles in a single year—will soon have a lot more to do.
In the meanwhile, there's Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack was also emphasized in the Nintendo Direct, with users being able to receive the DLC "for free" with their membership. The Expansion Pack will cost $49.99 per year and will contain N64 and SEGA Genesis titles, but it may also include more DLCs in the future, not only Animal Crossing: New Horizons Happy Home Paradise.
The Nintendo Switch version of Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now available.
