PS Plus Free Games for February 2022 has been Announced Officially

Sony has announced officially the free PlayStation Plus games for February 2022, revealing what fans may get for free the following month.

It's been a tradition that sony announce officially Ps plus free games for PlayStation gamers for next month on last Wednesday at every month, unlike in the past, there was no leak exposing the free PlayStation Plus games ahead of time for the February 2022 list. Sony has finally revealed the free PS Plus games that fans will be able to add to their digital libraries beginning next Tuesday, February 1.

Two PS4 games and one PS5 game are included in the free PlayStation Plus games for February 2022. Planet Coaster: Console Edition, a theme park simulator game that was a launch title for the PS5, is the PS5 offering for February 2022. EA Sports UFC 4, which is being positioned as the headliner for the February 2022 selection, and Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure are the PS4 games on sale.

EA Sports UFC 4 is the most recent edition in EA's UFC franchise, having been released in August 2020. The reviews for EA Sports UFC 4 were mostly excellent, though there has always been some controversy whenever Sony includes a sports game as one of the free PS Plus titles. It remains to be seen whether fans respond similarly to EA Sports UFC 4 being one of the free PS Plus games for February 2022, but we'll find out soon enough.

Meanwhile, Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure is a standalone version of Borderlands 2 DLC Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. The expansion acts as inspiration for the next Tiny Tina's Wonderlands game, which is planned to release in March, so it's probable that making it available as one of the free PlayStation Plus games for February 2022 is the reasoning.

Fans of the Borderlands series may be disappointed that Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure is one of the free PS Plus titles for February 2022. The game costs $9.99 and takes approximately five hours to complete. Not to mention that it's been available as Borderlands 2 DLC for nearly a decade, so it doesn't contribute much to the free PS Plus games roster.

From February 1 to February 28, all three games will be available. Meanwhile, fans have a few days left to grab the free PS Plus games for January 2022.
